President – Kimberly Grabbe, ACP, FRP
My name is Kim Grabbe. I have been a PAF member since 2011. I was born and raised here in Sarasota. I am the senior paralegal in the vaccine department of Maglio Christopher & Toale, PA, where I have worked for 8 years. I graduated from Hodges University in 2008 with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. I received my CP through NALA in 2012 and ACP in 2013. In 2016, I completed NALA’s 12-month Leadership Enhancement and Preparation Program (LEAP) in order to help members develop leadership skills to be used at the local, state, and national level. I currently serve as a committee member for NALA’s Professional Development Committee and the State College of Florida’s Paralegal Studies Program Advisory Board. Prior to becoming a paralegal, I worked for the Sarasota Sheriff’s Office for 10 years, in the 9-1-1 center where I served as a supervisor, Emergency Medical Dispatch Quality Assurance officer, and Training Officer. When I’m not at work you can find me on a softball field supporting my daughter’s love for the game. I also enjoy half marathons and adventure races.

Vice President – Emily Monahan, CP, FRP
My name is Emily Monahan and I was born and raised here in Sarasota, Florida. I went to UCF where I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. While attending UCF I was an active member of the Chi Omega sorority. After college I decided to further my career and attended SCF where I received my Advanced Certificate in Paralegal Studies. In my spare time I enjoy jogging, painting, and spending time with my niece.
Secretary – Christina Conner, CP
I have been a legal assistant in the Trusts and Estates Department at Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen for five years. In 2016, I was honored to receive the firm’s first President’s Award for Excellence. I am a graduate of the Paralegal Program at the State College of Florida and have successfully completed the Certified Paralegal Examination administered by the National Association of Legal Assistants (“NALA”). I am currently working to complete the Advanced Certified Paralegal examination in Estate Planning through NALA. I am married with two teenage daughters who keep me very busy.
I look forward to serving in the role as the Secretary PAF, Inc. – Suncoast Chapter and getting to know all of you.
Treasurer – Kimberly Sewell, CP
I am a litigation paralegal with Moore Bowman & Rix, P.A. for five years, however I have been in the legal field since 2001. I am a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Telecommunications Management, and Business Minor. In I am a NALA Certified Paralegal since 2013. I received my Advanced Paralegal Certificate from the State College of Florida. I served as a Board Member for our chapter from 2014-2016. From 1996-2005 I served our Junior League of Sarasota; as Public Affairs; State Public Affairs Task Force Chair (SPAC) in 2000 and Marketing/Public Relations Chair in 2001. I am also a past Board Member of Sarasota Alliance for Historic Preservation.
Immediate Past President – Eva Gonzalez, FRP
I have been working for Morgan & Morgan for a year as a Litigation Legal Assistant. I have 15+ years experience in the Personal Injury field. Throughout the years I have been blessed with the opportunities to participate in various community events representing the firm and thereby, growing not only on a professional level but also personal.
I have two daughters and six grandchildren that I adore beyond words. I am also the Immediate Past President of the Gulf Coast Latin Chamber of Commerce and their mission is the promotion, development and dissemination of information, trends and opportunities available in the Hispanic and Non-Hispanic business community of the Florida gulf coast region in Manatee and Sarasota counties.
