President – Eva N. Gonzalez, FRP

Eva N. Gonzalez, FRP, is the current President of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. –Suncoast Chapter. She is also a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and is licensed by the Florida Bar Association as a Florida Registered Paralegal. She has over 18 years of legal experience and works for Herbert H. Hofmann, Esq. at the law firm of Morgan and Morgan, PA in personal injury field.

She is also the president of the Gulf Coast Latin Chamber of Commerce. She has been a Florida resident for the past14 years and lives in Manatee County. She has two daughters and six grandchildren.

2nd Vice President – Kimberly A. Grabbe, ACP, FRP

Since 2009, Kimberly Grabbe has worked exclusively on vaccine injury cases for Maglio Christopher & Toale, PA, assisting hundreds of clients in seeking compensation for vaccine injuries. Ms. Grabbe is an
honors graduate of Hodges University with an Associate in Science degree in Paralegal Studies.

In 2012, Ms. Grabbe successfully completed the two-day Certified Paralegal examination administered by the National Association of Legal Assistants (“NALA”). Established in 1976, the Certified Paralegal examination program is a voluntary professional credentialing program developed by NALA and administered by a board composed of paralegals, members of the American Bar Association and educators active in paralegal training.

In 2016, Ms. Grabbe successfully completed NALA’s LEAP Program. NALA’s Professional Development Committee offers the 12-month Leadership Enhancement and Preparation (LEAP) class each year to help members develop leadership skills to be used at the local, state, and possibly national level.

Ms. Grabbe is licensed by the Florida Bar Association as a Florida Registered Paralegal, a distinction achieved by less than 6,000 Florida Paralegals. Additionally, in 2013, Ms. Grabbe successfully completed the Advanced Certified Paralegal examination in Product Liability through NALA and earned her Advanced Certified Paralegal “ACP” credential.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Grabbe spent eleven years working in the Public Safety Communications Department of the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office where she served as a supervisor, Emergency Medical Dispatch Quality Assurance officer, and training officer.

Kimberly was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. When Kimberly is not working, she enjoys spending time traveling with her daughter’s softball team and participating in various charity races, half
marathons and ultra-marathon races.

Immediate Past President – Marcia Muldoon, CP, FRP

Marcia Muldoon, CP, FRP, is the current NALA Liaison for The Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. and immediate past-president of The Paralegal Association of Florida Suncoast Chapter. She has over 30 years of legal experience and works for E. Keith DuBose, Esq. at the law firm of Matthews Eastmoore in personal injury pre-suit and litigation field.

For the past 20 years, Marcia has volunteered her time to the Manatee/Sarasota County Mock Trial annual high school competition. She has served as a Sarasota High School Soccer Booster, and was involved with Sarasota United Soccer League/FC Sarasota & Suncoast Sports as well as having been a Big Sister with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Suncoast. She lives in Sarasota, Florida with her husband and has one son attending Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT.
